Terms and Conditions: Limousine Service
Bangkok and Metropolitan Area
- Limousine services are available exclusively from Don Mueang Airport and Suvarnabhumi Airport to designated zones.
- The quoted price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking fees, and tolls. This price is per vehicle and excludes the 7% VAT.
- Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- For pick-ups from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, the client must meet the driver at the agreed location within 120 minutes of the scheduled time. Should the client wish to extend the scheduled time, an additional charge of 535 THB (including VAT) per hour will apply, beginning from the 121st minute onward.
- For pick-ups from the client's accommodation, the client must meet the driver at the agreed location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time. Should the client wish to extend the scheduled time, an additional charge of 535 THB (including VAT) per hour will apply, beginning from the 31st minute onward.
- In the case of changes or cancellations, the client must notify the service provider at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via LINE OA @blacktielimousine, daily from 09.00 am - 09.00 pm or Email: limousine@theblacktie-service.com.
Failure to meet the driver at the scheduled time will be considered a No-Show, and the service will be deemed to have been completed.
- In the case of cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled time or if the client does not show up (No-Show), the full service fee will be charged as per the original reservation.
- The service provider reserves the right to provide an equivalent vehicle if there are changes in vehicle availability, depending on demand during the period of service.
- Any additional charges incurred will be directly charged to the client.
If payment is made by credit card, a 4.0% service fee will apply.
Upcountry
- Limousine service is available exclusively from selected airports to designated zones within 40 kilometers.
- The quoted price includes the vehicle, driver, fuel, parking fees, and tolls. This price is per vehicle and excludes the 7% VAT.
- Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- For pick-ups from the airport, the client must meet the driver at the agreed location within 120 minutes of the scheduled time. Should the client wish to extend the scheduled time, an additional charge of 535 THB (including VAT) per hour will apply, beginning from the 121st minute onward.

Terms and Conditions: Fast Track and Buggy Services
Bangkok and Metropolitan Area
- Fast track and Buggy are available exclusively at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
- Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
- In the case of changes or cancellations, the client must notify the service provider at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time via LINE OA: @blacktielimousine, daily from 09.00 am - 09.00 pm or Email: limousine@theblacktie-service.com. Failure to meet the representative at the scheduled time will be considered a No-Show, and the service will be deemed to have been completed.
- For services during long holiday periods, such as New Year and Songkran festivals, please make a reservation at least 7 days in advance. In case of changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 3 days before the scheduled travel date.
- In the case of cancellation within 24 hours before the scheduled time or if the client does not show up (No-Show), the full service fee will be charged as per the original reservation.
- For arrival passengers, the representative will hold a sign with the passenger's name and wait at the aircraft bridge. For departure passengers, the representative will hold a sign with the passenger's name and wait at the pedestrian walkway near Gate 1. Please note that no golf cart service is available for departure passengers.
- The passenger will need to undergo all immigration and customs inspection processes required by Thai law. The service provider will not be responsible for any goods imported into the kingdom.
- If payment is made by credit card, a 4.0% service fee will apply.
